As Practice Manager at Pisces Wealth, I focus on creating the structure, momentum, and experience that allows our client community and our team to thrive. My role sits at the intersection of operations, marketing, and client experience. I oversee daily workflows, lead projects from concept to execution, and help ensure that every process, initiative, and interaction reflects the care and intention that you expect. Simply put, I help turn vision into action so nothing falls through the cracks.
My mission is to help the firm operate at its highest level. When the business runs smoothly behind the scenes, it allows our advisors to stay focused on what matters most, guiding your family through important decisions with clarity and confidence. Supporting that mission and elevating the overall client experience is what drives my work every day.
What uniquely positions me for this role is my ability to bring people together around a plan. I’m known for rallying the team, keeping projects moving forward, and creating clear, executable steps that turn ideas into results. I enjoy building systems that create consistency while still allowing room for flexibility and growth. Whether it’s managing a major initiative or improving a day-to-day process, I take pride in helping the team stay aligned, motivated, and moving in the same direction.
My career at Pisces Wealth spans more than six years, during which I’ve grown alongside the firm. I began as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted four times in six years, moving from Client Service Manager to Senior Client Service Manager, and ultimately Practice Manager. I’ve also served as a supervisor for the past three years. That progression gives me a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, our team’s responsibilities, and how every part of the practice fits together.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Advertising, graduating Cum Laude. During college, I was actively involved in PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America), serving as president for two years, and participated in the Hungry for Change initiative. I also ran cross country and track & field all four years and was recognized as a Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, experiences that shaped my discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking my dogs out for runs, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and getting lost in a good book. I bring that same curiosity, energy, and commitment into my work, always focused on helping Pisces Wealth continue to grow with purpose, care, and intention.
As Director of Operations, I create a seamless day-to-day experience for our client community. My role centers on overseeing all account administration, implementing efficient processes, and coordinating closely with our team so every request is handled with care and precision. When things run smoothly behind the scenes, it allows you to focus on what matters most – feeling confident and supported in your financial life.
My mission is to connect with you, empathize with your unique circumstances, and guide you through challenges all the way to completion. I bring a strong research ethic, tenacity, and attention to detail to every situation, especially when navigating complex or time-sensitive issues. I genuinely enjoy simplifying complicated matters and helping you feel understood.
That approach is shaped by my diverse professional background. Before entering the financial services industry, I worked as a fine-dining chef in the Bay Area, a role that instilled discipline, precision, and the ability to perform under pressure. I later transitioned into finance, working as a Research Associate on the ESG team at Glass Lewis, followed by an Investment Representative role at American Century Investments. I then joined Keating & Associates, where I progressed from Account Administrator to Investment Administration Manager and ultimately Investment Operations Supervisor. Each position strengthened my ability to manage complexity, lead operational workflows, and deliver a boutique client experience.
Along the way, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2019, graduating with both departmental and university honors. I am also an alumna member of Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honor Society, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Outside of work, I volunteer with KC Pet Project, supporting animal rescue and shelter efforts in the community.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy reading, hiking, biking, camping, cooking, dancing, and spending time with the people and pets I love most, including my dog, Irene, and my cat, Ophelia. Those moments of balance and connection fuel the same care and focus I bring to my work each day.
As Managing Partner at Pisces Wealth, I specialize in helping families and business owners who have worked hard to build a life of significance and want to ensure that success creates security, opportunity, and legacy for generations ahead. Many of the people I serve are navigating increasing complexity: multiple income sources, rising responsibilities, business decisions, family transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with stewarding wealth for the next generation. My role is to bring clarity where there is overwhelm, structure where there is disorder, and informed guidance where emotions can easily derail even the best intentions.

I initially entered the financial services industry to help people build a future they didn’t know they were capable of. Today, my “why” comes from experience. I’ve had second chances, found mentors at the right time, and learned the value of hard work and resilience. Those lessons shape how I lead, helping others recognize their potential and take the steps to bring it to reality.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University, which gave me both the technical foundation and the understanding that this work is as much about people as it is about planning. Outside of the office, I live an active life grounded in the same values I bring to my work. I enjoy working out, practicing Krav Maga, traveling, cooking, hunting, and spending time with my wife, Kat, and our two daughters, Hadlee and Sawyer.
